All who wish to attend the conference must register and pay the registration fees via the conference registration page:

(*) Authors of accepted papers should register by July 20th, 2019 to have their paper published in the Proceedings.
(**) According to conference policy, each accepted paper should be covered by a regular registration of one of the paper co-authors. A single student registration does not allow to upload a paper. The corresponding registration fee must be paid within the deadline of the final submission of the accepted paper. Accepted papers which are not associated to a registration of one of the co-authors will neither be included in the conference program nor in the proceedings.
Each full registration allows to upload 2 final papers maximum. Paper uploads in addition to those included with each registration are possible at an extra cost of 200 USD per extra paper. Each extra upload has to fulfill all requirements of a regular upload.
A maximum of two (2) extra pages per paper is permitted for a charge of 120 USD per page. Papers longer than 8 pages are NOT acceptable.
Extra proceedings can be requested at an extra cost of 40 USD.
Please note that each registration includes access to all technical sessions, 1 conference bag with proceedings, welcome reception, lunch and coffee breaks.
The full-registration fee also includes 1 banquet ticket and up to 2 papers uploads (the registrant must be a co-author of the associated paper(s); 6 pages/paper allowed, maximum 2 extra pages at additional cost).
Students must provide concurrently with the Registration Form an official university letter confirming their status as full time students and the degree program they are enrolled in.

Extra banquet tickets can be requested at an extra cost of 70 USD per person. Extra banquet tickets are subject to availability. Registration is not valid until payment is received.
